Integrative Medicine Practitioner (Non-Conventional Medicine)
Science-informed, personalised care supporting regulation, resilience, and long term well-being.

Introduction
I am a Integrative Medicine Practitioner (Non-Conventional Medicine) based in London, offering science informed, personalised support for health and wellbeing. My approach is grounded in Bioregulatory Medicine, Biomedical Science, and whole-person care with the aim of supporting regulation, resilience, recovery, and long-term wellbeing in a thoughtful and individualised way.
My work focuses on supporting the body’s natural regulatory systems through personalised, evidence-informed integrative care. I work alongside conventional medicine to help individuals improve resilience, recovery, and overall well-being.
What makes this different
My approach combines biomedical understanding with bioregulatory and functional medicine principles. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I explore patterns of stress, imbalance, and adaptation across body systems to inform personalised support plans.
How I Work
My approach integrates biomedical science with bioregulatory and functional medicine principles. I begin with a comprehensive case history, considering medical background, lifestyle factors, nutrition, stress physiology, and environmental influences. Clinical reasoning is used to identify patterns that may be placing strain on the body’s regulatory capacity.
Care plans are personalised and designed to support physiological regulation, resilience, and long-term wellbeing, working alongside any existing medical care.
Integrative medicine considers the whole person and the complex interactions between biological systems, lifestyle, and the environment. Within my practice, this approach is used to support wellbeing through personalised nutrition, herbal medicine, lifestyle strategies, and stress-support guidance, all informed by biomedical understanding and current best practices.
Bioregulatory Focus
Bioregulatory medicine recognises health as a dynamic process governed by the body’s ability to self-regulate and adapt. My work aims to support these regulatory processes, helping the body respond more effectively to internal and external stressors that can affect energy, digestion, immune balance, and overall vitality
