I offer a range of integrative health and wellbeing services designed to support the individual in a personalised and practical way.  My work includes in-depth consultations, Bioregulatory Medicine informed care, acupressure, herbal medicine, and yoga-based therapeutic practices, with each approach selected according to the person's needs, health picture, and wellbeing goals.
 
Acupressure and Meridian therapy.
 
These are hands-on techniques that work with the body's natural pathways. Acupressure is a manual therapy based on stimulating specific points on the body to support nervous system regulation, circulation, and energy flow. Using precise, gentle pressure, this therapy helps reduce stress, ease muscular tension, improve digestion, and support emotional balance. From a biomedical perspective, acupressure influences neurovascular pathways, pain modulation, and autonomic nervous system function. It is particularly effective for stress-related conditions, headaches, digestive disturbances, fatigue, and musculoskeletal discomfort, and is often integrated alongside other therapeutic approaches to enhance overall regulation and resilience.
 
Herbal Medicine
 
Herbal medicine uses plant-based preparations to support the body’s physiological systems and regulatory processes. Herbs are selected for their known actions on digestion, hormonal balance, immune function, inflammation, detoxification, and stress response. Informed by both traditional knowledge and modern biomedical understanding, herbal medicine is used in a targeted and individualised way, taking into account biochemistry, lifestyle, and current health status. Herbal support may be used to gently correct functional imbalances, support recovery, and complement conventional medical care.
 
Yoga based Therapeutic Practices such as Breath and movement adapted to the individual.
 
Yoga-based therapeutic modalities combine movement, breathwork, and mindful awareness to support physical function and nervous system balance. Unlike general yoga classes, these approaches are adapted therapeutically to address specific health needs.Therapeutic yoga can help regulate the stress response, improve mobility and posture, support respiratory and digestive function, and enhance mind–body awareness. It is particularly beneficial for stress-related conditions, chronic tension, fatigue, and recovery from long-term illness, and forms an important part of an integrative, whole-person approach to health.Together, these therapies create a layered, whole-person approach: calming and regulating the nervous system, supporting internal physiology, and strengthening adaptive capacity. This integrated method allows care to be personalised, progressive, and complementary to conventional medical treatment, particularly for chronic, stress-related, and complex health concerns.

    Acupressure and Meridian Therapy

    Acupressure and Meridian Medicine is often compared to Acupuncture but without needles. Like Acupuncture, this ancient system of medicine seeks to clear and balance perceived acupoints and pathways, known as meridians, that run deep within the physical and energy bodies thereby promoting optimal good health and has been proven to help with many ailments that affect the body. 60 minute treatment

    Advanced REIKI

    A targeted, energy-based therapy that supports the body’s natural healing processes. Using refined Reiki techniques, it helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote optimal energy flow. Beneficial alongside conventional care, it may aid recovery, improve sleep, and enhance overall wellbeing in a safe, therapeutic setting. Price includes consultation and 60 minute treatment

    Follow up Consultations and Treatments

    A personalised session building on your initial consultation, designed to continue supporting your body’s healing and recovery. During this session, you will receive a treatment and we will discuss your progress so you can continue your journey to optimal wellbeing. Allow yourself 60 to 90 minutes for follow up sessions.
