Women's Wellbeing
The Art of Surviving Menopause
Jennifer Lyston of JL Alternative Medicine has collaborated with Artist Kathryn McGuinness BA (Hons), PGCE to combine their expertise in holistic health, wellbeing, and creative practice into an informative, supportive, and uplifting full-day workshop.

The workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your body, gain insight into menopause from medical, emotional, and spiritual perspectives, and embrace this new chapter with confidence. Through guided learning and the creation of an individual canvas, participants will explore the therapeutic use of art and colour to support emotional wellbeing, reflection, and self-awareness in a calm, welcoming, and inclusive space.
Participants will leave with a holistic understanding of menopause, practical tools for self-care and emotional wellbeing, a renewed connection with their body and emotions, and the confidence to embrace this new chapter of life, while experiencing the healing benefits of art and colour.
No artistic experience is required — simply an openness to learn, create, and reconnect.
